  • Can you make customized products?

    Yes, we can make customized products. We can develop and produce products based on drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, in addition to customized products, we also purchase and produce supporting parts for electric welding machines, mainly including welding guns, trolleys, wire feeders, power cords, chassis, PCB semi-finished products, etc.

  • What is the production capacity of your company?

    Our company has three main processing workshops and a dozen important production lines, namely, a sheet metal processing workshop, a PCB circuit board processing workshop, and a complete machine assembly workshop. Important production lines include one fully automatic sheet metal spray molding line, two SMT chip mounting processing lines, one fully automatic PCB three proofing paint coating production line, three accessory processing lines, and five complete machine assembly lines. The annual production capacity is over 200000 electric welding machines and various accessories.

  • How many employees are there in your company, including how many technical personnel?

    The company currently has more than 300 employees, including more than 20 professional and technical personnel and more than 10 engineers.

    We are a direct product processing factory with an international trade department, and we produce and sell our own products.

  • How does your company ensure product quality?

    First of all, we will conduct a lot of design reviews and experimental testing during the early stages of product development to control product quality from the design source. Secondly, we implement strict quality control over the entire production process of products by the ISO9001 quality system. After each process, we will have corresponding inspections. For the final completed products, we will conduct a 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.
    Then, we have complete testing equipment: ROHS analyzer, EMC electromagnetic compatibility analyzer, salt spray testing machine, burst impact testing machine, dust test box, drop test bench, transportation vibration simulation test bench, rain test bench, environmental temperature simulation test box, durability test aging bench, etc. The above equipment can fully ensure the provision of high-quality welding machine products to customers, while also meeting customers' comprehensive testing requirements for the electrical, mechanical, and safety performance of materials and the entire machine.

  • What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce four types of electric welding machines: argon arc welding, gas shielded welding, manual welding, and plasma cutting machines, as well as supporting components such as welding guns, trolleys, wire feeders, and power cords.

  • What are the main application areas of your product?

    Our products are widely used in various industries, mainly including mold, casting, electrical manufacturing, medical machinery, automobiles, shipbuilding, boilers, construction, bridge construction, hardware tools, household DIY, and other industries.

  • What is the payment method?

    "When making a quotation, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or any other method.". During mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance against the bill of lading COPY. Most of our payment methods are T/T, and of course L/C is also acceptable.

  • How are the goods delivered to the customer?

    Usually, we ship goods by sea. We are only over 200 kilometers away from Ningbo Port, making it very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also air transport them. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are both close to us.

  • Where are your goods mainly exported?

    Our products are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, Australia, and other dozens of countries.
